Hi Team,
I have to put a condition SLA wherein I need to use "Contact Customer" checkbox is true or false. I need to put this in stop condition. But I am not able to see that field even in the Configure table for case form or even dictionary.
When this checkbox is checked in the case form the Comments field is visible.Attached is the screenshot and field marked

seems that is not a field and hence you cannot add
it's added via some custom logic and hence you are not able to see it in SLA condition or dictionary

Hi,
What do you actually want to achieve? I believe it is not possible to add that to the filter condition for SLAs however by managing other data in the condition you might want to achieve the thing you want.

OK so we cannot use that in the SLA stop condition as that field is not configurable thanks!

SLA is on case table and field is also on Case table. But the field is the checkbox which is used to make additional comments visible.
