Contact Customer checkbox in CSM

Hi Team,

 

I have to put a condition SLA wherein I need to use "Contact Customer" checkbox is true or false. I need to put this in stop condition. But I am not able to see that field even in the Configure table for case form or even dictionary.

When this checkbox is checked in the case form the Comments field is visible.Attached is the screenshot and field marked

seems that is not a field and hence you cannot add

it's added via some custom logic and hence you are not able to see it in SLA condition or dictionary
