Contextual Sidebar Panel

Hi.

The question is about the settings in the UI Builder, specifically the Record Page.
I have the Contextual Sidebar set to be hidden by default.
When I open the CSM Workspace, it is indeed collapsed, while the view remains blank. And I would like the Left Pane to take up the whole screen when the Contextual Sidebar is hidden.

Could someone give me a hint on how to do this?

This is the exact issue I am struggling with.

Even after enabling the default collapse option in the component property- thought the side bar context does not come- it still leaves a blank space which in a way defeats the purpose of a default collapse.

Were you able to find a solution to it, @Marek Blachowsk ?

@Brad Tilton do you have any direction into this?

Had raised a HI case and got to know that this is an existing product bug in UI Builder with a internal problem raised for it- PRB1666041

Hey @Marek Blachowsk ,
try deleting the component or the page and rebuild it......This process worked for me. Other than that try referring to Service Operations Workspace (Record SNC page) and see whether you missed on some event handling on component and page level and also check for the client scripts used there and in you own workspace (e.g:- setSidebarratio or recordUserPref......etc).

There is another simple method for this......just navigate to All -> User Preferences and there in the Name column type workspace.showAgentAssist and set its Value as false and System value as True and wait for a while as it takes time to reflect.
