Contract SLA & Incident link up

Hi All,

 

Could anyone of you please let me know how do you utilise your contract SLA at incident level to get it working. Because when I placed contract OOTB's field in Incident form, I couldn't see any of the contract even I created a new contract through that popup in the incident form , which are very much valid & active.

 

May I know what type of contract are visible at Incident level or what I haven't done here? Has anyone implemented it successfully and let the SLA attach to Incident based on Contract & Assignment group?

 

Quick help will be much appreciated!!!

Hello @manish123 ,

Modify your SLA definitions so they consider both Assignment Group and Contract while getting applied to Incidents.
