Could you please advise if assets were loaded before a contract how do we link the existing assets to the contract?

Hi Sharne,

The link between assets and contracts is done through Asset covered table (clm_m2m_contract_asset).

To add your loaded assets to the contracts, you have to create records in Asset Covered table for each asset.

Hi @Sharne Miller ,

Follow the below steps :

Navigate to All> Contracts > All:

Open the Contract record  from the list view to which you want to add the existing Asset :

Scroll down to the Related list and look for the tab called "Assets Covered "

To add the existing asset use "Edit" option and to create a new asset use "new":
