I’m facing an issue with the CPQ Configurator in Workspace on my Personal Developer Instance (PDI).
Issue Description
When I open a Quote in Workspace and click on the Customize (Configurator) icon for a line item, the configurator opens but shows a completely blank (black) screen.
No attributes, no configuration options, and no pricing details are visible.
However, in the NowLearning instance, the CPQ configurator loads correctly for the lab example products.
In my PDI, I have configured my own products (Business Computer and Managed Mobile Phone) step by step in the correct sequence:
- Created Resource Specification
- Linked Product Specification
- Created Product Offering
- Published the offering
- Attached Pricing Plan
- Added Characteristics and options
- Created Quote in Draft state
Despite this, the configurator remains blank — even for demo/sample quotes.
Questions
- Is there any additional plugin required for CPQ Configurator in Workspace?
- Could this be related to missing Commerce Logic Engine configuration?
- Is there any Workspace UI dependency or system property controlling the configurator?
- Has anyone experienced CPQ rendering issues specifically in PDI?
Since the NowLearning instance works but my PDI does not, I’m unsure if this is a configuration gap or an environment issue.
