Create a group type "CSM" to tag CSM groups and show only those groups in CSM case form.

This is the sample one for Itsm ,you can change for CSM
1.create a group in the sys_user_group_type table
2.Tag a type in the sys _user_group table
If the type field is not visible,do form configuration
3.open the incident table any record, choose the reference field (Assignment group)you want to change
add the simple reference qualifier condition and I checked the override reference qualifier checkbox to the incident table

Please find below steps:
1. Create a group type for CSM specific and add those group type to CSM group. Attached screenshot as your reference.
2. You can see groups related to CSM type are available in CSM case form.
