Hello everyone,
I'm trying to start a sidebar discussion in the Next Experience, not starting from a record. the fact is there isn't a button that gives to me this option. In the ServiceNow documentation I found this link:
that shows this button in the Yokohama release, but in my PDI there isn't. I tried also in the Xanadu release.
Could anyone give me some tips?
Thank you,
Maddalena

Did you try updating or repairing the plugin? It looks like a plugin-related issue. Also, are you testing this with an Admin role, and is it on your PDI or a client instance?
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

I repaired the plugin on my PDI, since also there I can't see the button. But nothing happened...

Hi @Maddalena
Is there anything else we can try here? Since this is a PDI, there’s no official support available from ServiceNow. You can try refreshing the PDI first. If that doesn't help, consider resetting the PDI or upgrading it to the latest patch, then check again.

Hi,
Navigate to sys_properties.LIST
Search "com.glide.cs.collab.enabled" property and update its value to true
