Hi, I have been working on the PSDS module in that I encountered some issues,please help me to resolve it. We are using the ServiceNow Australia release. The following catalog items are missing from the sc_cat_item table and are not available in the Service Portal:
Apply for Nutrition Assistance
Apply for Unemployment Insurance
Request Vocational Rehabilitation Services
We have repaired the Social Benefits Playbook application twice, but the records remain missing.
Request: Please confirm whether these catalog items are included in our installed version of Social Benefits Playbook and investigate why the records are missing. Please advise on the supported method to restore the missing application content.
