Create Checklist fields on Mobile Studio

Hello All,

I have 5 tabs on SN instance, and these 5 tabs each is having 10 choice fields called Yes or NO. Now i want to show the same on Mobile agent on mobile, but i want to know how to configure this on mobile studio. Please help
