Hello Everyone,
I have Built a Custom application now i need to leverage the CSM capabilities to the custom application that was built. So how can i achieve the Functionality? Should i need to build the same application again in my system or there are any option integrate the CSM Capabilities to the application? I have an idea of building the application in the CSM Table as i gone through the CSM Course in Now Learning. But i need some insights and Suggestions how to Integrate the CSM functionality my Custom Scoped Application.
Thanks,
Daiva

What CSM capabilities are you talking about? What is the purpose of your application and how does it relate to CSM? Where do they touch and where do they differ. What is in CSM you also need in your app? And if you can build your functionality IN CSM, like you say, why make it a different app?

Hello @Mark Manders
Requirement:
An application called "Insur" this will maintain all the Insurance policies of the customers in a bank. Customer Details, Insurances, Policies, Payment details, and some other information.
So what actually we want to implement in CSM Capabilities is like Integrating the Insurance policy validity to Entitlement, Customers to Customers and Contacts.
If i'm wrong in the Capabilities that i want to integrate
According to the Requirement of the application. What capabilities can i use for our application.
Thanks,
Daiva

It could be that I am missing something, but you could just do all of this within CSM. If for some reason the data needs extra protection, hence the custom app, I understand you want to shield that, but then just use the data from the app within CSM.
It surely doesn't make sense to have two tables for customers or contacts, unless also this data needs to be separated.
