In the CSM/FSM Workspace I am trying to update the Comments “verbiage” in the Compose section. So far I have figured out how to update the “Everyone can see this comment” part by following this post I found in the community Modify the compose section in workspace - ServiceNow Community (as pictured below)
While this is Ok, I am noticing that it also updates in the Service Operations Workspace which is not what we need there. Anyone know how we only have this show up in CSM workspace? My other question is can we make this a bigger font and/or change the font color?
Another configuration change I want to make is to update the background color of the Comments field….See how Work notes is this dirty yellow color? I would like to make comments Light pink…

Also, I would like to know how to update the verbiage inside the comments field that says “Enter your comments here” I have tried to use messages but it did not work as none of the keys I used were the correct one for this.
