CSM Queue based on the customer Type

Hi All,

 

I have requirement to order case based on the customer value, Like Gold,Platinum,Silver.

 

Based on the customer profile ticket should be prioritized.in a field called Queue Number 1,2,3,45, like so on. 

 

Like

Daimond>1

Gold >2

Plantinum >3

Silver> 4.

 

When the assigned to is empty and state is other than assigned or in New case. 

 

 

I have a business rule which runs on update. 

but it is not working do we have any other option to do this.

Did you tried with debugger?
What's not working and Where you stuck? Provide more details about your business rule like script , conditions....
