CSM "System" not populating product items

Hi 

 

I created a product and linked it to an account. When users try to select a product using the system field, the product doesn’t show up. In the DEV environment, everything works fine both external users and admins can see the products. But in QA, only admins can see them and external users can't. I didn’t make any changes besides creating the product, linking it to the account.

 Help, what could be the issue be? the account was created in the correct scope.

@CarolMa6 Are both environments in the same version/patch?

@GlideFather yes same version and patch Yokohama patch 4a.
