Hi @abirakundu23 ,
Find below few real time use case.
1. Allow to create case ticket to sales person for two or more accounts.
2. Agent should have option to transfer the ticket across the accounts.
3. Case sla should be calculated based on user location and time zone.
4. Consumer should not reply more than 10 times a day.
5. Consumer should allow to create 3 ticket in a day.
