CSM Workspace: Activity stream icon colour Greyed Out

In CSM workspace Activity stream icon colour Greyed Out for all users(Image 1) , but in SOW workspace its correctly showing(Image 2).
We have checked theme polarise but won't helps.
Does anyone have any one idea why its not working in CSM workspace only.

Hi @HarshalaK ,
1. Any customization performed or Activity stream changes on "CSM configurable workspace" recent past ?
2. Is this happening for all activity like (Work notes, Additional comments, emails, attachment) or only Avatar icon ?
3. Is there any change on Avatar icon for CSM workspace ? Compare please SOW and CSM work space configuration for this.

4. is this happening suddenly for CSM workspace users ? What is the latest version  of your instance  ?

It appears that an update was put in place that allows workspaces such as the CSM workspace to use a property for controlling how the activity formatter is displaying avatars, and tile icons. 

Set the system property "glide.activity.show_tile_icons" to true to re-enable the tile icons in the CSM Workspace. 

Set the system property "glide.activity.show_tile_avatars" to true to show the avatars, false to remove them. And both can be enabled at the same time. 

The Service Operations Workspace may be overriding this global property, which might explain why they still show up as you expect there.
