Attach Article - Prevent link from being added to Comments

Within CSM Workspace, when a user uses Agent Assist to attach a KB article to a case, a link is added to the Comments field.  We don't want this behavior.  

 

I've removed the "comments" field from the Attach note field in the Search Action Configuration records

I removed "comments" from the Other Knowledge Properties

I ran a cache.do (multiple times)

I followed the steps in this document

 

After all of the above, the link is still being added to the Comments in the case.  

Any ideas?
