CSM Workspace: Can we control how many related list items appear before “More” in Form View?

In ServiceNow CSM Workspace (Form View), the Related Records / Related Lists section shows multiple related items such as Tasks, SLAs, Problems, etc.

When the number of related lists exceeds a certain limit (for example, around 10), the remaining items automatically move under the “More” option.

My client requirement is to reduce the number of related list items shown before the “More” section for better UI and usability.
For example, instead of showing 10 related lists by default, they want to show only 5 or 6, and move the rest under “More.”

I understand that we can reorder or remove related lists, but:

  • Is it possible to change the threshold/count of related lists shown before “More” in CSM Workspace?
  • Is there any supported configuration, property, or Workspace UI Builder setting to control this behavior?

If this is not supported out of the box, are there any recommended or best‑practice alternatives to achieve a cleaner UI?

Any guidance or confirmation would be appreciated.

  • Is there any supported configuration, property, or Workspace UI Builder setting to control this behavior?   -> No

    I would recommend to Configure Related List for view workspace to show which are really required and arrange them accordingly.
