CSM Workspace - Case type selection window is blank

I am trying to set up case type selection window, but it is blank, I have done and created Multiple records under 

Customer Service > Manage Case Type

what else am i missing

Hi @DanielCordick ,

 

1.Go to Ux Form actions-->search for Create case -->filter out with Interaction table(table=interaction^name=Create Case) --> open Declarative Action Create case-->then open that Declarative Action refence record from there(have shown in screenshot) -->activate the Create Case UI from there.--->refresh your workspace and see.

Hi @Anthony78 - I tried activating it there but it still is blank. Did you make any other changes as well?

Can you share the screen shot from above path
