CSM Workspace Grouping Table Issue.

Hi, I had a question to do with CSM Workspace. Essentially I need to do a group by task, so in the workspace in the lists menu, there's a table called Contacts as shown. (Hid the records due to data privacy)
When I click on a record on this contacts table , you can see multiple tabs one of the tabs is 'Contact relationships'
Now when I go to the 'contact relationships' tab, here is the table for the 'contact relationships' tab. So basically, I want to group by the 'Account' column, and this should be the default view. So anytime anyone clicks on a record in the contact table and goes to the 'contact relationships' tab it should automatically be grouped by 'Account'.
Now I've tried seeing if I can use UI Builder for this, but Iam not sure how to solve it using UI Builder. Iam not sure if the solution is UI Builder or something else.
I've tried going to the CSM/FSM workspace experience in UI builder.
And then I've navigated to lists.
But this is all I am getting so far , I cant navigate to tabs etc.
If anyone has any ideas on how to achieve this task or if you've done a task similar to this, please let me know on how you went about doing this, it'll be really helpful.
