I want to show/hide activity stream on CSM workspace based on some condition. I know if we remove the activities formatter from the workspace view it will be removed in the CSM workspace too. Keeping this logic in mind I created two views (one restricted view without activity formatter and other with activities formatter )and Workspace View Rule ( which is different from native view rules) and added condition in the condition builder. If you notice unlike view rules there is no "Advanced" checkbox and hence no scripting option in Workspace View rule. Due to this limitation I am unable fulfil my requirement because my condition needs scripting (calling a script include).
Let me know if anyone can think of solution to this. TIA
I agree with you, at the moment there is no oob option for this requirement. But I would like to keep this question open for some time in case someone finds different approach or Servicenow decides on releasing some thing.
