Using service bridge, I have established connection between provider and consumer instance, now after creating order from provider instance i want the capabilities where the consumer should also be able to see those order consumer instance. The capabilities required for consumer instance are:
- Ability to track fulfillment of the orders through order tasks
- Ability for customers to check the status of orders through the customer portal or Virtual Agent
- Ability to track orders for all offer types and be able to see correct prices and charges reflect for one time and recurring product offerings.
