Customer Central issue populating customer activity

I am having issues configuring customer central in CSM configurable workspace. The customer activity tab on the interaction record is not populating with any data despite my best efforts. I have tried modifying some of the customer central settings and the activity contexts, but have had no luck. I provided some screenshots for context. Would greatly appreciate some help, thanks.

You will have to create Activity and run a business rule to make it work.

Hi @Sandeep Dutta,

Thanks for your response. I have created several activities that meet the activity criteria (I am using interactions of phone type) and closed them in order to add them to the activities table. I checked the business rule and it looks like this usecase should be covered by default in customer central. Still the customer activity tab shows up as empty. Any additional troubleshooting steps you could recommend?
