Dear All,
Customer Order is not moving to InProgress state after approval. It was previously working fine. After upgrading to Xanudu, it is not working as expected. If it is moved to InProgress state manually, the decomposition is not working. Please suggest some solution if you are facing the same issue.

Dear Ankur,
The module is Customer Order. There is nothing mentioned in the release notes. In this link it is mentioned once approved it should go to In Progress instead it is going to Acknowledged state.

is this for PDI or customer instance?
If this is for customer instance and you are not able to debug then raise a case with ServiceNow as this started happening after upgrade.

Using PDI ( Partner's Instance).
