I am looking for data model for CSM and Case Management. Can anyone share the link or point to correct document. Can't find the same in NowCreate also.

Hi @Urvershi Anand ,

I'm not sure the meaning of "Data Model" in your context but if you want to confirm relation between each table and field in CSM, using schema map is a good way to do it.

You can jump to schema map from any table record you want to confirm.
