Hi,
In the old reporting interface where simply right clicking a column of the report, will show a option to export to CSV, same feature is not available in performance Analytics Data Visualizations. I can export only Excel/PDF. Post upgrade to Washington release could no longer access to old reporting interface. looking for suggestions to Export to CSV

Hi Niranjan,
I totally understand how frustrating it can be when a feature you rely on is no longer available after an upgrade. As of the Washington release, it seems that the export options for Performance Analytics Data Visualizations are limited to Excel and PDF. Unfortunately, direct CSV export isn’t currently supported in this interface.
That said, there are a few workarounds you could try. One option is to export the data to Excel first and then save or convert it to a CSV format. While it’s not as convenient as the old interface, it should still get the job done. Another approach could be creating a List-type report for the same dataset since List reports still retain the CSV export functionality. If you’re comfortable with scripting and have admin access, you might also explore using a scripted method to extract the data into a CSV format, though that requires a bit more technical effort.
I’d also recommend providing feedback to ServiceNow about this. Sometimes, heavily requested features make a comeback in future releases. I hope one of these suggestions helps! Let us know how it works out for you.
