We are in the process of digitizing a bunch of client facing forms. Many of our forms will have a large # of questions. Many of the these questions are complicated and may require additional conversations. We prefer to have the client answer as many questions in advance as possible.
We’d like or the user to be able to flag the question as “needing assistance” and then provide some free form text so the fulfiller can assist. We want to be able to do this without tripling the number of variables used on forms by adding a “flag” and then a free form text field tied to the question at hand. We’d like it to be dynamic. Our forms can be 100+ questions long.
Anyone else have a solve for this?
