We are attempting to change the field dictionary for Phone on our Account Table from Standard to E164 for International support. When attempt to make this change it appears to work in Native UI view of the account table. (See Below)
However, when we view that same account in Customer Service Workspace it doesn't show the country selector AND it changes the phone number to something else all together.
We have the System Property of glide.phone_number_e164.display_territory_selector set to true and glide.phone_number_e164.display_national set to false based on the Now Document E.164 phone number field configuration (servicenow.com)
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. @SeanFoust

The country selector is this beginning on the field, if you click the arrow you will be able to select.
See below image (this is OOTB behavior without create any system property).
