Hi community,
We are looking for the best options available in the market to achieve the following use case.
We need to enable case support over a call along with the transcript of the call recording available in the record.
AmazonConnect is a wise choice for this. But we can't afford a subscription at the moment. Even the free tier seems to be risky. We are in search of a free third-party service to explore how things would work. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Did you check the ServiceNow Store?
Be aware that 'free' doesn't exist. You either pay fees or licenses or lot's of money to get limited functionality up and running and maintaining it.

I totally agree with what you said. But we are in search of a third-party system that can let others play around with minimal resources that it provides for at least a short term (One month or so). This would help us to ensure what we get is what we want before choosing the right one.
