I'm a community manager at a company using ServiceNow Community Platform - Zurich edition.
I am having trouble creating a video post in my community. The steps in the platform are:
- Click the link to upload a video (but you don't upload a video file actually)
- Paste the link to the YouTube video in the link field and click the 'Upload a Video' button.
When I do this in my community, I get this error:
I've tried different links and different browsers, but I get the same error.
Has anyone else run into this error, and how did you fix it?
I realized I could put a screenshot in the post and link it to YouTube, but I think that's a poor customer experience. Thank you.

Ahoy @ksummitt,
does it happen to all videos or just one? Have you tried uploading various videos?
And also, the error 153 usually indicates some collision with browser extensions (ad blockers most often), what you can try is to disable your browser extensions and reupload again or eventually log in from another browser to retry it. After it is loaded (if so) then you can again re-enable the extensions.
Steps to try:
- upload various videos to see if the issue is with the particular video or if it is a problem with uploading in general for all videos
- try a browser with no extensions (disable existing or use alternative browser)
Let me know how did that work for you

Hi thanks for your response @GlideFather!
I tried using different video links and browsers. No luck.
I disabled my browser extensions, but got the same error.
By any chance, is there a setting change or a code update that needs to be added by IT? I'm the community manager.
Thanks again!
