I am facing an issue in ServiceNow CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace when trying to convert a Lead to a new Opportunity. Even though I have entered a value in the "Short Description" field, I receive the error "Short Description is required" when I click the "Convert Lead" button. This issue occurs only when I execute my Selenium-Java automation script in Run mode; it does not happen during manual testing.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Open a Lead record in Configurable Workspace.
- Fill in the required fields, including "Short Description" under Opportunity.
- Click on "Convert Lead" using Selenium-Java automation (Run mode).
- Observe the error message despite the field being filled.
Additional Info:
- The error does not appear during manual operation, only via automated script only in run mode not even through debug mode.
