Is there a way of assigning 2 or more Work Order Tasks to a single engineer when both WOT have similar or overlapping times?

Yes, you can assign multiple tasks.
Steps:
- Navigate to Field Service > Administration > Configuration
- Select Assignment Tab
- Set Assignment method for Tasks to a value other than dynamic scheduling
- Set Use agent or task scheduling to off

Hi Vasanth
Thank you for your response. I have tried the steps outlined by yourself but still getting the same error of "Agent is not available at specified time" The assignment method for tasks was set to manually already and the "Use agent or task scheduling" has now been turned off.
Can you suggest anything else?
