Dear Community,
I have a requirement to create different groups within the same customer account. There are 5 customer groups that are suppose to get support from each service we have.
Some are part of mutltiple groups.
In the CSM portal they are supposed to create tickets directly linked to the services they are in.
If needed we can remove or add someone to a group in order for them to receive notifications dedicated to their service etc
The problem is on the CSM portal form, I have a reference field that is pointing to Service Definitions.
I would like, based on their groups, to hide or show the Services they are allowed to. In case someone is removed from the gorup he should no longer see the service and therefore can't create a ticket for this service.
Do you have any best practice or the same requirement encountered ?
I am trying to use Glide Ajax + client script, it's a bit messy but I feel that there is a easiest way.
