Flow designer inbound email trigger role issue

Hi Folks, I have the following situation, we are trying to migrate scripted inbound actions into flow designer, the thing is that the flow performs crud operations on the case table and if the person sending the email does not have the correspoding role/permission the flow will not run

 

Is there a solution or best practice aside from manually giving users more permission ( we don't want to do that, we would like to keep snc_internal and external roles with their current permissions)
