My requirement is to bring Esign capability on case form, that I succesfully brought on case form through a formatter. Now I am stuck with how to make that formatter manadatory?

As a workaround I have done like this:-

Under section I put that formatter and created a field to make that section mandatory.

This workaround looks good. you can use this.

Another workaround I already shared below using business rule.
