I am currently experiencing an issue with a Guided Tour that I created for a knowledge article. The tour is functioning correctly on the detail record; however, it is not working on the main record, which is a sub-record.
1) Detail View – Guided Tour Working
When viewing the Knowledge article in detail view, the URL is:
/now/cwf/agent/kb_view/kb_knowledge
The guided tour functions correctly in this view.
2)Main Record (Sub-Record View) – Guided Tour Not Working
When accessing the main record (typically after clicking "Edit" on the detail view), the URL changes to:
/now/cwf/agent/kb_view/kb_knowledge/<sys_id>/sub/record/kb_knowledge/
-In this view, the guided tour does not work. It displays a message such as:
“Tour was abandoned” or “Tour ended because the next step was not found.”
Has anyone encountered similar behavior or can offer insight into how to resolve this?
