Greetings,
We have been on ITSM for a few years and I am beginning a project where we will be installing CSM to start taking advantage of some of the tools.
As I understand it, most of the CSM stuff is "net new" tables that get installed, but I would feel better if I could better pinpoint exactly what should go through some level of regression testing. I need help identifying what, if any, tables/workflows/etc may be impacted that would impact our existing ITSM usage. In other words, would the installation of CSM do anything to break/impact our existing ITSM setup?

Hi ,
Installing the CSM and implementing it when already ITSM is present in Servicenow Instance.
As all the module whether it is CSM or ITSM or any other , is compatible with each other and hence there will be no problem.
But please be mindfull will installing plugins on Prod.
As we install CSM, Explicit Roles which will help you in making users differentiation between Internal User and External User and if you can have changed any OOTB ACLs or Configuration , it might break. That's my suggestion.
kindly mark it helpful, if it helps. Thanks
