How can I add an automatic comment (as a system) on a service portal ?

Hi @khalid1 ,

Do you mean an announcement on a service portal like the image below? If so, here is a docs about creating an announcement.

Navigate All > Service Portal > Announcements.

Create an announcement

what's your exact business requirement?
You can use Announcements which can be shown in portal based on date criteria and the persons to whom it has to be seen.

My problem is that when a user rejects a solution for a request item, I want to automatically add a comment from the Service Portal in a widget's server script
