How can I assign survey ownership to a group so that they can assign the survey to their target audience when needed?

Hello Everyone,

I need some help from the community.

I have a survey name "IT onboarding survey" created as requested by one of our customer (Shaukat from Helpdesk team). This survey will be sent out to all new joiner in our company who just finished their onboarding program.


Can anyone help me with:
1) How can I assign the survey ownership to the Helpdesk team so that they can assign the survey to any target user that they desire at any time they required?
2) What is the roles that required by Shaukat and HelpDesk team so that they can manage only "IT onboarding survey" which allow them to assign the survey to their target user by themself.

Thanks for the input, but that thread does not discuss the same.

What I'm looking for is the way on how to assign the ownership of the survey to a group.

 

My main objective is to allow HelpDesk team to manage the ownership by themselves. Meaning to say that all of the members in HelpDesk group able to assign this survey (only) to anyone they wanted.

 

 

 

 

You have option of assigning a survey to particular individual if you have the relevant roles related to survey administration like " survey_admin" Once you have this then you can look at all the surveys in the system . And then for example you can open any survey users related list in your active survey and assign that to specific user.

You can create a group who will monitoring surveys and it's responses and assign them survey_admin role. But, make sure to keep only high end or limited users in group so that you ensure proper access and responsibility related to it.
