How can I raise incident as a case in ServiceNow?

Hi @Prakriti Kumari ,

No !! You cannot raise a incident as case.

Incident and case both are created to do separate jobs. Incidents are more internal to the organization whereas Cases through CSM portal is for both internal and external users.

You want to setup this between two ServiceNow instances, like if in one instance you raise the case, it should reflect as an incident in another instance?
