What do you mean? I assume the answer 'use the fields and related lists' isn't what you are looking for. What is your business requirement?
And if it really is 'how to relate them', I would suggest the CSM fundamentals to understand the different objects.

Sold product references Install base Item through the sn_install_base_m2m_installed_product table and the install base item has a configuration_item field that references the CI

My query is that sold prod is having m2m relationship with prod inventory but how can we relate install base items , CI & Asset to a customer or prod order? also whats the role of service subscription , resource facing service & customer facing service & where can we store all SS,RFS & CFS details if we are getting it via third party integration ?
