How do I create case from Service Portal in Customer relation management module

How do I create case from Service Portal in Customer relation management module, in the below picture I have highlighted with Red where I would like to insert a link or button to create a "case"

Vish,   If you click on the get help button it will take you to a from to create a case. Are you asking how to create button on the main page to do that?

Thanks for the reply, when I click on the "Get Help" link it opens below page on which all the forms submitted creates an Incident I want to create a Case from here just like an incident how do I achieve this ?

Have you installed the CSM product and are you using the CSM service portal?


I have the full trial setup which has ITSM and I activated the Customer service management plugins as that is what we are interested in CSM. I have used the Service Portal to interact with back end.
