How do we add email templates when drafting an email?

Hello @Aruna10 ,

 

Kindly follow the below-mentioned steps to add a response template to the workspace form

 

  1. Navigate to System Definition > Response template configuration.

2. Create a new Response template on the incident table according to your condition and visibility.

3. Add the channel as mentioned below in the related list to display the response template on the workspace.

4. After following all the steps you will see the template on the workspace as follows.

Thank you for your reply 

I need to create Templates under Workspace -> Response Template level I have created Response template but it is not visible please help.
