How to add url of kb article in approval form in service portal?

Existing approval form consist of KB ID and Short Description only, which does support KB owner to make decision to approve or reject. 
to Improve efficiency, the link(URL) of KB article request for approval should be include in approval form so that Approver can review the content easily and do approval/reject, 

How to Add the URL of the Article do approval/reject.

Its working..Thanks! But is it possible to execute the Link of Kb article only when we have approval record related to kb. Now the the "click here to view kb : LINK" is available for all approval record.example: RITM 

Requirement: The line "click here to view kb : LINK" should be visible only for kb approval.
