Currently, the Team Calendar in WFO/Agent Workspace only displays schedules for an agent’s Primary Assignment Group. This is restrictive since many agents are members of multiple groups. The only workaround is to make them Group Managers, which is not scalable. How can we allow Agents to View All Assignment Group Calendars in WFO especially where agents contribute to multiple support groups?
