we are implementing the CSM as I am new to CSM I had some queries,
Actually, in the service offering table, we are storing the product name, here we wanted to make the relationship as below:
Let's say there is a telecom company that is offering the wifi service so we have created one catalog item where we have given the options to choose the Base plan and addon plans as well.
Now when the submit the request catalog tasks will be created after the fulfillment in service offering table
Account(Comapny-1) Account(Comapny-2)
Base Plan1 Base plan-1
- Adon1 Base Plan-2
-Adon2 - Adon1
-Adon3 - Adon2
- Adon3
Base plan2 Base plan2
Base plan3 Base plan3
Basically In Service Offering table Company will be there in the related list we wanted to show the many-to-many relationship
Base plans should be there and under Base plan, all the taken adon should be visible.
Please help me to create the relationship.
