How to Configure auto-refresh for a list

Can someone help me on where we can configure auto-refresh for a list

The requirement is whenever someone creates a new case, it should automatically appear in the list view without manually refreshing the screen.

Hello @Ankur Bawiskar ,

I have set the property glide.lists.live_list_enabled  to true, and only the incidents which are created from Native UI are notified in the workspace view.
My requirement is when incidents are created by inbound email action, without refresh incidents should be visible in the list view of the workspace.

This sounds like a known issue (PRB1919567) that occurred with the Yokohama upgrade from the "List Bundle SNC" page introduced starting with SOW ITSM v6.1 (sn_sow_itsm_cont). A fix is currently planned for v8.2 of the sn_sow_itsm_cont application. If this is your issue Support may be able to provide a workaround or you can wait until v8.2 is available. v8.1 is the current most recent version.
