In the Activity stream you are able to filter Activities via the 'Post types' filter.
The second option is to use the 'Filter sets' which shows one pre-defined group of filters.
That group includes Comments, Work notes and Emails.
Unfortunately it seems that 'Filter sets' cannot be expanded by us.
The Reference guide says that it can be configured to be present or not present on the UI.
https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/reference/now-experience/sandiego/shared-components/now-activity-stream-connected/usage
But it would be very helpful to configure a bunch of pre-defined filter groups, where the user can switch between them very quickly.
Am I missing something here?

Hi
Click the Filter icon ()
The Filter sets are displayed. Conversation filter sets include emails, comments, and work notes.
Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,
Sandeep

Hey Stefan,
Did you find a way to create more Filter Sets, it sounds like a great tool if you're able to create your own.
Cheers
Hannes

I'm also interested in this question. It could be of great help to our users if we could provide such sets, maybe even with dedicated target groups.

Were you able to find a way to create more Filter Sets? My company is investigating moving a team into the Agent Workspaces and I would love to show off this cool feature, but I only want to call it out if we can make our own Filter Sets.
