Hi Team,

I want to add custom field affected user into incident List view pop up service operations workspace View
Please guide me steps

the view which gets rendered on the i icon is Workspace. modify that and see if that works

Native view with Workspace view

did you check 1 by 1 which form view is having the same sections and field?
