Hi,
Anyone can suggest how to create demo instance for Customer Service Management
I would like to explore the Customer Service Management.
On Service Now Developer site, created an instance. The instance created for IT Service Management and there is no option for Customer Service Management.

Hi,
You will need to activate "Customer Service" plugin. Please take a look at the product documentation for the detailed instructions.
Thanks,
Parag

I also have a developer instance (dev27874) and I don't see the option to activate the "Customer Service" plugin.

Hi Wallace,
Instance will always get created for ITSM only. For Customer Service Management you will have to activate "Customer Service" plugin.
Goto Application Navigator > Plugins > type "customer service" in Name > Open it and Activate it. It will then activate all necessary Plugins for CSM.
Then type Customer in Application Navigator, here now you will be able to see all the modules involved in it(Case, Order, Entitlement, etc).
Please hit like if my answer is correct and it helped you.
Thanks,
